A worthy addition to the seriesMerciless Saints got me hooked on this series and this author， and Ruthless Saints is an outstanding addition to the series。I think one of my favorite aspects of the story was MJ getting her chance to prove herself。 This is a stand alone， however characters from the series are present。 No cliffhanger，which is much appreciated。

As this is not my first Michelle Heard book， the conclusion was pretty forgone。 It lived up to being a fluff read that I finished in one 3-hour sitting。 It was a typical mafia-romance with problems that were easily solved by proper communication。 If you’re looking for a quick read with easy to understand language， this is the book for you。

If I judge this book by its cover I can honestly say I probably wouldn't have picked it up。 Boy oh boy am I so glad that Candi Kane PR encouraged me to give this one a try because it was a wild ride， for sure。 While Carson is a walking army of red flags and an incredibly talented stalker， I still adored him and his love for Hailey。 It was instantaneous， it was precious， and it was all-consuming， but it was so endearing reading about how Hailey's bright and open personality blocked out the darkne If I judge this book by its cover I can honestly say I probably wouldn't have picked it up。 Boy oh boy am I so glad that Candi Kane PR encouraged me to give this one a try because it was a wild ride， for sure。 While Carson is a walking army of red flags and an incredibly talented stalker， I still adored him and his love for Hailey。 It was instantaneous， it was precious， and it was all-consuming， but it was so endearing reading about how Hailey's bright and open personality blocked out the darkness in which Carson normally enveloped himself。 They were a beautiful paradox， but it worked so well for them， and their story took a unique path that I'm happy Heard chose to explore。 Dual POV， realistic （for this kind of story） story arc， and super steamy， this slow burn romance was just fun and emotional from start to finish。 I absolutely shed a tear （or 83921890） and while I do wish we had been able to see more of Carson in his element （since he is an assassin of the highest order）， it didn't detract from the story。All in all， if you like socially awkward and introverted monstrous alpha heroes that are incredibly good at stalking their girlfriends after they've been dumped and also incredibly talented in bed， this book is for you。 That sounds way more creepy than it comes across in the book， I promise。 Thank you to Candi Kane PR for the review copy！ 。。。more
